Much cooler dev folks;

I want to post a suggestion on Damus GitHub but I’ve only ever made issues for the company I work for.

Are there any protocols or general rules of thumb when posting to an open source project with suggestions?

Obviously PRs are a completely different ballgame. Not there yet.
