You try to get me written up because I told you I don't like you and to leave me alone. You send my boss a teams message that says "I walked up on you and you just want ME to leave YOU alone." And threaten to go to HR "if it happens again".

The next day, after I diffuse that shit with my boss, you come around me repeatedly, telling jokes, offering unsolicited advice, like you just didn't try to get adverse action taken against me.
