I never said that it has been fulfilled. Complete fulfillment of God's promises to Israel will be fulfilled in the final years of our existence on earth with his millennial reign after the tribulation, but Israel had to be re-established for the things promised in Revelation (and many other places) to come to be.
God promised the land to Israel (and God never breaks His promises) and has returned it to Israel. Revelation says the nations will try to take it away and they will be destroyed in the last great battle.
