I was thinking at work today: why did we ever stop using (web server) CGI? You're not just limited to PHP, or any one language. You can use any language that works with the terminal, and through other programs, any other language that exposes an interface of some kind (i.e. Unix sockets, HTTP, you name it).

My Gemini capsule has a system command set up (for testing, really) and the Titan upload script, which is written in Python. I might even make a Dart framework for it, for shits and giggles.
