there are some social plugins for content management systems that sort of allow turning a feed into an XML or JSON document, I haven’t done it for Facebook, but did it for LinkedIn before. The issue is that these tools are kind of limited by what the APIs of these networks offer, which keep getting more and more locked down.
Depending on your setup, you might be able to cobble something together with various plugins, but it would likely be shaky at best, so yeah, probably impossible.
