I've finished reading the #book "Good Energy" by Casey and Calley Means. I can highly recommend it to anyone who's just starting on their #health journey. It marries scientific facts with a clear path to action. But it's also a powerful refresher for veterans, who are already well on their way to the #goodlife. I enjoyed it and could keep quoting from the book for ages. 😅
