I learned to speak galician(português sybling) as native, I taught spanish classes at school as a child, I can not speak perfectly both of them, imagine learning a third different language like english...so difficult for foreigners... yep I also studied french as a child at school,and chinese as an sophomore when studying arts.... you can not stop learning even if you don't master any topic you learn
