Friend request them, like their stuff, start a convo with them in DMs, and make my free, no-obligation offer to any of their contractor friends. (If they’re interested, they’ll ask if I can do it for them. Asking if they have other contractor friends who’d be interested is a no-pressure way of offering it to them directly. )
