If you can just drop them in, then fiatjaf (nprofile…dlnm)'s nak ( https://github.com/fiatjaf/nak ) will do that for you, at least if you setup nostrfs and copy them in.
if you need to translate hugo shortcodes or other stuff, then it's not quite solved yet
