Briefly, this study looks at the difference in the viral loads between the vaccine and placebo groups for the COVID-19 vaccines from Moderna, Novavax, Oxford/AZ, and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson. The assumption here is that a reduction in viral load translates to a reduction in infectiousness.
