When she was younger she fretted, like so many who do because they are encouraged to do so, that she didn't "fit in."
She didn't look, act, speak and think the way the crowd did, and so she walked outside of it.
As she grew older and wiser, left public school and got rid of her TV, she embraced the concept of being an individual and continued to walk outside the group, with confidence.
