no but im saying it's helpful but not helpful to just tell somebody with multiple personalities that they are multiple people. i've had alters tell me they have body dysmorphia being a male alter in a females body, but they learned to understand they are part of the woman in someway and now she is nearly down to the last 3 fragments. Maybe a special case, but I just find it immoral to lie to a sick person.
