I wonder if any amount of preparedness will satisfy the condition of being prepared and while I'd say it's worthwhile being as ready as one is capable it's also just fine if you don't have a well-oiled autonomous cell capable of instant action when and where needed, or, like, some extra tins of peas in the cupboard or something.
I'm not prepared at all, for anything.
