There's a particular pattern that I see often with travellers who are struggling with their later years.

The ones who are not quite catching what's going on, and frequently are confused and lacking situational awareness. I have to work extra hard each and every day just to keep them on an even keel. It's a lot of extra load on my shoulders.

A few days after they get home they write me a 4 page email about that one thing they didn't like and how I need to do better. Fkn great.
