Attempt number two, similarly impressive. TILP II—open-source TI link software released in 2016 that uses GTK 2 (on Windows). It runs on Windows 11 ARM, but the COM port selector only goes up to 4 and my USB serial cable is showing up on COM7. There's a handful of Bluetooth serial COM ports on the lower ports that I might be able to disable to get the serial cable to get a lower number…
