Part of me really wants to work on a "scores on the door" style air quality/infection mitigation system for restaurants/shops/etc where you get a display for your front window linked to at least 1 remote NDIR CO2 sensor (plus one sensor on the display to mitigate cheating), with tracking+historical data uploaded online. Pair with photo submission for evidencing of HEPA filters or similar mitigations...
