New linear television show for classic mystery fans - ‘Murder in a Small Town’ adapted from the books by Canadian author L R Wright.

✅ Rossif Sutherland (Plan B, Three Pines) in the lead as the detective / police chief moved home from an urban force

✅ Kristin Kreuk (Smallville) as a librarian and romantic interest

✅ James Cromwell (Cochrane in Star Trek First Contact) guest stars in the pilot episodes - tall enough to play a character be slightly taller than Rossif, cast in the role his father Donald was once contracted to play.

✅ Produced on location in Gibsons BC, where beloved Canadian sitcom ‘The Beachcombers’ was set and made. Even the ‘Molly’s Reach’ cafe plays itself once again.
