Maybe there is a NIP (or it’s in the making, no doubt) for storing a blob on a Nostr Relay (say a video, MP3 or picture) for x months for an amount of satoshi (maybe payed over eCash?)
If such a NIP exists then we could imagine that a podcast-over-Nostr is possible.
If we had a NIP that forces the downloaded instead of the uploaded to pay a fee we could imagine that a popular enough file is available for years on a Relay 🤔
