"content": "differences between 36-48V can be handled passively, IMHO, so just needs an adapter cable. Would be nice to have some sort of one-wire PD protocol to adjust the power delivered, but it’s not strictly needed, IMHO. And even if — this is all still *far* simpler than the protocols used for EV charging. I’d personally like XLR for this, but maybe better, more rain/weather proof solutions exist, I’ll leave that to the experts. 1/2",
