Now I am back at work from my quite extended holidays, there is less time for my cookbook browsing. And recently I have been focusing on the fermentation books.
But I saw this EYB recipe entry this morning, and it's reminded me of the 2 butternuts still sitting in the laundry from last summer. Time to make a soup and put the rest of the pumpkins in the freezer for future soups. It is max 21C today 🥶 so soup is a good option.
