So I'm not saying that New Orleans Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick is lying about conditions at their headquarters building, I'm just saying that "the rats ate the cannabis evidence" sounds like exactly the sort of bullshit excuse I'd expect that cops who were selling it off on the sly would give.
