“They look at the cars and they think that putting more of them on the road will solve our issues. We already have really bad gridlock because of the amount of cars on the road, so reducing the amount of bikes available will put everybody in cars.
If we see a reduction of bike lanes we’re going to see more deaths on the roads, and bikers will still be on the road because for a lot of people this is the only option. So they’re just going to be on the road and unprotected.”
