Australia is about to vote on a referendum to amend the constitution to acknowledge indigenous people as the first inhabitants and set up a body that will be a voice to parliament, to speak on indigenous issues. I can't help but be sceptical that it will be stacked to control indigenous people and subjugate dissenting views.
