SilentSid1992 (npub1e0e…vel7) Teens are generally ignored by larger society, they're either treated like kids or adults, either or is dangerous and misses the point of it being an important turning point in a young person's life. Not to mention I think the vulnerable of teenagers, atleast in the west, is partially due to how they're raised. Modern Western Households are extremely sad and dehumanizing, home isn't a place where your family is, it's where you sleep at night and eat. It's a larger symptom of the death of the family, ir there's no place for a person to go, they'll find that companionship else where
