Yesterday I lost my shit after hearing “the big news.” Every catastrophic thought took over and I went back to “we have to leave” mode. Even my Republican mother, who happened to be over, was able to pick up on how bad it could be under Cheeto 2.0. Then I ate an ice cream bar and donated to the Harris campaign. Then I got pissed at the idea that I’ve been pushed to feeling like I’m the one who has to leave our entire lives behind because some assholes want to install their idiotic Xian agenda. Nah, no more of that shit. Fight mode > flight mode.
