Get this: I've had to RMA a Samsung computer display after 4 months of usage. It was fixed by the official repair shop, I got it back. Then it broke again in the same way a month later. They took it back to the shop. 3 weeks pass with me calling the seller every 4-5 days because they won't e-mail me anything unless I do. Turned out the monitor has been "repaired" but never sent back to me. A few more weeks pass with me calling every couple days because without that nothing happens... (Part 1)
