Have been taking high doses of vitamin b1 to see if it makes any difference to my post COVID CFS.
Short answer, no. I do not have more energy. I do have yellower pee though.
But. Have made noticeable gains in muscle mass, skin on body is more supple, moisturising better. Feel a bit less like a skinny wasting t rex. Back to plumper with lumpy bits. Sleeping more deeply. Endothermically seem a bit more balanced.
No doubt there was a deficiency happening, but it's only part of the picture.
