I think I need to rethink my approach regarding emails to sign to Communick. At the moment they are not required, because I really don't need to collect it for anything to work, but it's the third customer that signs up, pays for an instance and then disappears. I feel bad for just taking the money, but at the same time I don't think refunding them is a good idea, it costs me a bit and it makes my account riskier for payment processors.
What do you think?
