If you have a good life, this of course makes sense. If it's good, why not make it last longer?

Extend a hand to a person who didn't have your luck. No one would be alive if we didn't help out a little. That is the essence of being human.
Maybe be a bit gullible at times. The flip side of gullibility is open-mindedness. No one said this would be safe. Life is lethal. Everyone who gave it a try died from it.
You can start talking about the perfect diet once you have ensured that your audience has a perfect life. Before that, shut the hell up.
