Mastodon is iconic so you can confidently say "follow me on Mastodon". Misskey too, you can say "follow me on Misskey". But everything else... not really. "Follow me on Pleroma"? "Follow me on Akkoma?" "Follow me on Sharkey?" None of these have flagship instances and most are forks... All you can really call them is fediverse.
