I believe a whole spectrum of negative trends are partly fueled by suppressed #climate anxiety. Even climate deniers have been seeing the warnings and disasters with their own eyes, and beneath whatever ideological BS keeps them from admitting it or acting, they can see the coming doom. We lack the cognitive tools to grasp problems of this scale. We are all acting out hidden grief and fear. We hurt.
