cool_boy_mew (nprofile…r70d) i don't see the point of the switch 2. nintendo never went for ultra settings graphics, it always felt they were approaching gaming more graphically simplistic, which is fine. as far as i can tell, the switch still fits perfectly into that in this day and age. if i wanted to play a ultra graphics aaa game on a handheld, i'd get a steamdeck. if i want to play the same game on a tv, i get a playstation/xbox. so, why would anybody want a switch2? Sure, switch2 is probably faster than the switch, but doom eternal runs at stable 30fps on the switch, so i guess most games that struggle on the switch are simply not optimized well. Consoles are usually sold below cost to get a foot in the door. It makes no sense to me that nintendo is releasing the switch2. Who is this for?
