Never did I ever think I would abandon an 18yr mortgage executive career to go back to dancing. Dancing was always my backup during real estate crashes. I used to own 5 homes, lost them all in 2006. I drank the poison of the interest only short term financing dream. One day I hope to buy land and homestead. I dont know if ill be able to in my hometown of san diego.
