Yeah unfortunately this is one of the prices of open protocols.
The best clients will build walls and filters to hide that shit. Relays will do the same. But I’m not sure we can ever remove it entirely. Some relays / clients out there will be run by sick fucks and they will host this kind of content 🤦🏻♂️
