I admit it seems unlikely, but perhaps his discussions are so high-level that he simply doesn’t realise what is happening on the ground. A UK Minister was interviewed recently about his support for Israel and he hadn’t heard the genocidal comments made by Israeli ministers. When he was confronted with them, he condemned them, but he hadn’t heard them before. ",
