My house lost internet due to Helene (not that I'm complaining too much - some people in other areas were hit far worse than I was) so I went to the local library to leech off their wifi. I am now backing up my baest follows/blocks to misskey, p*sskey, and poast.
Hopefully the mute export from baest doesn't take too long.
