If all major relay choose to deny particular messages/notes or specific npub those wont be seen by many. So relay owwner have real control on who see particular messages.
Dont this strike u that its always the same npub that are projected on every relay, every time. They have a reply for this "problem" ==> its a discovery problem XD
So nostr depend a lot on those dicatator that are call relay owner.
