yesterday I picked up my guitar for the first time in months and played for more than 2 hours, today I spent about 5 hours writing and recording half a song. I genuinely missed this a lot, it doesn't feel like wasted time in the slightest... even though my toolchain is shite and the guitars have been recorded straight from the amp into the laptop microphone :D
now I will proceed to take a walk into an uninhabited area and scream into my phone mic
