Pretty sure if you seared a piece of cardboard and tossed it with this it would taste incredible (two onions caramelizing in a tadka of cumin [lots], chili powder, mushroom powder, msg, black pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, citrus garlic seasoning, and probably other stuff I’m forgetting. Plus a generous splash of Worcestershire sauce) #cooking
