It would be quite a bit more expensive but the coldcard is targeting a different segment of bitcoiners.
The bitkey is great for beginners and those who have no interest in taking on the responsibility that comes with coldcard. The trade off is the risk of the two companies colluding to steal your bitcoin. Odds are low but not 0.
