This is amazing: Lebanon backtracks from allowing the ICC to investigate crimes on its soil. Lebanon initially made the decision to allow the ICC to investigate Israeli crimes in Lebanon. My guess? Hezbollah freaked out by the ICC decision on Hamas leaders. Hezbollah is behind loads of assassinations of prominent anti-Assad figures in Lebanon, and I am guessing that this would have opened up for the ICC to investigate those.
