I knew I was traumatized by growing up queer and neurodivergent in a fundamentalist community, but I had never looked up the actual symptoms of Religious Trauma Syndrome and Complex PTSD. Holy shit. I have almost all of the problems. Good thing I have a new therapist with an actual a psychology degree to help me start sorting through this stuff soon.
