If you are experiencing slowness when posting or liking, please consider setting the disable_inbox_collection value in server.json to false. This is a feature that collects shared inboxes from all posts, so that all activities are posted to them even if there is no follow relation as a way to improve reaching instances. I'm aware that it's a bit of a perversion of the standard. I'm thinking about disabling it by default.
