Isn't most alt media just giving opinions and criticizing M5M sources that do the actual direct reporting and interviews of people directly involved? It's proper to point out their inconsistencies etc, but then also acknowledge where the information you deem good is coming from. Or if it's just from an outlet paid for by different govts, corporations and interest groups, acknowledge they're biased for the same reasons but explain why you trust them more. But that would fuck with the narrative.
