it's like I'm drinking a cheese latte. there's a like bitter gruyere flavor that doesn't know where it wants to sit in between the coffee tannins and just enough sweetness to bring out those like roasty and chocolatey notes in the coffee, so it's just confusingly bad, like somebody poured homemade mac and cheese onto a chocolate muffin
