gatekeeping is if I built a gate and stood guard by that gate and allowed only certain people thru it.

I'm doing the equiv of saying "eat healthy. eg. bias to eat natural foods, as much as can" not that I forbid candy or ice cream or prevent their consumption at gunpoint. that would be gatekeeping ;-)
