I had a weird DNS issue with my blog the other day -- despite not making any changes, some people reported that 8.8.8.8 was returning a SERVFAIL.
I'm still not sure what caused it but I thought it was interesting that switching my DNS from using an ALIAS record to an A record seemed to fix the issue.
