cryptowolf (nprofile…er9c) thebullishbitcoiner (nprofile…2zu3) iOS is more private and secure than nearly all mobile operating systems. It's not easy for GrapheneOS to provide better privacy and security than it. It's not something which can be achieved on the vast majority of Android hardware which has very awful security compared to iPhones.
iOS and AOSP are also much more private/secure than desktop operating systems.
