To be honest: some are miles ahead of their commercial counterparts (darktable > Lightroom), some are equal but a tad different (Gimp <> Photoshop) and some are good but lack integrated functionality (Teams, Exchange and the Office Suite work pretty good hand in hand. Libre Office is more a stand-alone solution
