For example it seems to suggest that certain technologies were more important than race. It doesn't explain why some tribes became world rulers and some were considered "barbarians". Or why in some places whites wiped out the competition and in other places they got washed out. His expert opinion seems about the same as mine. It happened somewhat randomly.
And besides all this it is quite obvious from a modern perspective whites are better than non whites and that the degree if non white you can be is variable. You don't need to belabour this point with such examples.
